Terms Of Service

Review the terms and conditions that define your use of Brinoxer services.

Overview

These Terms Of Service describe the agreement between Brinoxer and users, clients, and organizations that access, request, purchase, or use Brinoxer technology services.

By using Brinoxer services, you agree to follow these terms and any written service proposal, project agreement, statement of work, invoice, or approved communication connected to the service.

Service Agreement

Brinoxer provides technology services that may include software development, app development, cloud solutions, data analytics, cybersecurity, IT support, software planning, and related digital consulting.

The service scope is defined through approved project requirements, written proposals, delivery documents, or other confirmed agreements between Brinoxer and the client.

Clients are expected to share clear requirements, provide timely feedback, and maintain active communication so Brinoxer can plan, execute, and deliver services effectively.

User Responsibilities

Users and clients must provide accurate information when requesting services, submitting project details, creating accounts, or communicating with Brinoxer.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of account credentials, access permissions, business systems, and any information shared with Brinoxer for service delivery.

Brinoxer services must be used lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with applicable rules, service limitations, and agreed project conditions.

Project Terms

Project requirements, deliverables, milestones, technical specifications, timelines, and approval steps are established before or during the project planning process.

Delivery timelines depend on project complexity, client approvals, third-party dependencies, content availability, technical access, and requested revisions.

Revision handling is based on the agreed service scope. Additional changes, expanded features, or new requirements may require updated pricing, timelines, or written approval.

Payment Terms

Pricing agreements are confirmed through proposals, invoices, project agreements, or approved written communication between Brinoxer and the client.

Payment schedules may include deposits, milestone payments, recurring service fees, final balances, or other agreed billing arrangements.

Invoices must be paid according to the stated payment terms. Continued service delivery may depend on timely payment of outstanding amounts.

Intellectual Property

Ownership rights for completed work, software, designs, source code, documentation, and related deliverables are governed by the applicable project agreement and payment status.

Client materials, including business content, brand assets, data, credentials, and proprietary information, remain the responsibility and property of the client.

Brinoxer may use approved tools, frameworks, libraries, and reusable technical methods to deliver services while respecting agreed ownership and usage permissions.

Confidentiality

Brinoxer treats business information, project details, technical access, client data, and private communications with appropriate professional care.

Secure data handling practices may include access controls, limited internal sharing, protected communication methods, and responsible storage or removal of sensitive information.

Clients are also responsible for sharing confidential information carefully and notifying Brinoxer when special privacy, compliance, or security requirements apply.

Limitation Of Liability

Brinoxer works to provide reliable technology services, but service results may depend on client systems, third-party platforms, hosting providers, APIs, software vendors, internet availability, and external conditions.

Clients remain responsible for business decisions, operational use, internal approvals, compliance obligations, backups, and final review of delivered work.

Brinoxer is not responsible for third-party service outages, platform policy changes, external security incidents, or conditions outside reasonable control.

Termination

Either party may request cancellation or termination of an agreement according to the applicable project terms, service agreement, invoice conditions, or written arrangement.

Services may end if requirements cannot be completed, communication stops, payments remain outstanding, access is withdrawn, or agreed conditions are not followed.

Termination does not remove outstanding payment obligations, confidentiality duties, approved ownership conditions, or responsibilities that reasonably continue after service completion.
